These traits will appear on the member's Option page. They are not email lists, but additional searchable descriptions for members. The "Member's Position" traits will also appear under the member's head shot on the profile page.

Add A Position

The Administrator can create positions, and then chooses who is assigned these positions. To assign a member one of these traits stay in the admin and go to the Member Manager. Then click on the edit button of the member and go to the options page. There you can assign a position.

To rearrange the list order, click and drag a row to the desired location.

These are searchable traits. Members choose what traits apply to them on their Edit Profile page.

Membership Renewal Settings

Renewal Settings

Set renewal period, messages, notification schedule for membership.
 days before member's profile is deactivated.
 (If no number is entered then unlimited time is given.)
 days after being deactivated profile will auto delete.
 (If no number is entered then profile will never be deleted.)
Renewal Notices:
If none checked, no notices will be sent.
Before Due: 
3 wk's   2 wk's   1 wk   2 days  
Past Due: 
2 days   1 wk   2 wk's   3 wk's  
Rich - please make textarea fields HTML and simple text. Subject fiels will automaticaly have the subject prefix attached to the begining of the subject.
      

Auto Accept

If "Yes" is selected then when a member registers they will automatically be accepted after they verify their email address. The administrator will still receive a notice that a person has registered.

Choose Email Groups

If "Yes", then each member can add themself to the different email lists.

If "No", then only the administrator can assign members to these email groups. To place a member in one of these groups go to the admin members list, click the edit button on their profile, then click the "Options" link.

Member Email Groups

You can create different email groups that members can be placed on or choose to be on. This way bulk email can be specifically aimed at to those that want it.
