Make sure you have all the information needed to complete the event form.
Rich - Meta Tages: make event title = page title, and short description = meta description.
Then get rid of Meta Tag button

Opening/Closing Date & Time
Rich - this datepicker will be deleted
Rich - new simpler datepicker. If only opening date is filled in, only one date will show on the front side.

use this field for one day event
add this field for multi day event
Rich - new time field to make it more flexible to convey times

Event Times:

remember to add "am" or "pm" to your times

Please read if your are having problems uploading an image.

  • RGB color jpg, jpeg, png, gif
  • 2 megabytes, (2000 x 2000 pixels), or smaller.
  • Keep file name simple, (like: baby-photo.jpg). Make sure there are
  • no spaces, commas, apostrophes or symbols. Only use letters, (abc), numbers, (123), dashes or underscore, ( - _ ).

3 Month Limit

This keeps information current, and helps prevent abuse.

  • There is a 3 month limit on an event's start to finish dates.
  • If your event runs longer than 3 months you must resubmit the event.
  • Your event will automatically be deleted one day after closing date.

How to add a link to a PDF file.

  1. First you must load your PDF file in a Media gallery.
  2. Copy and paste the code below at the end of your event description.
    <a href="/media/MyFile-001.pdf" target="_blank" >My File</a>
  3. Replace "MyFile-001.pdf" with the name of your PDF file.
  4. Replace "My File" with the words you want for your link.
